Rates
APSI’s rates are negotiated at the onset of a contract and are determined by the complexity of your grant application. We bill by the hour, and it generally takes longer to develop more complex grants. We also offer monthly rates for grants management services, so flat rates are available, depending on your needs.
Services are not provided on a contingency basis, commission, or percentage of funds awarded. Paying a grant writing consultant a commission or a percentage of the grant award is not permitted by federal law.
